Welcome to the 9th Annual CA MTSS Professional Learning Institute (CA MTSS PLI)

In 2026, we proudly celebrate 10 years of California MTSS, as we host the 9th Annual CA MTSS PLI.

Since our first PLI in 2016, educators, administrators, county offices, and partners from across California have gathered to strengthen systems, deepen practice, and advance equity through the California Multi-Tiered System of Support (CA MTSS) Framework.

The CA MTSS 2026 PLI marks a pivotal moment — a shift from innovation to transformation — as we move beyond promising practices to systemic, sustainable change that empowers every learner.

Dates: July 14–16, 2026

Location: Anaheim Marriott & Anaheim Sheraton Park Hotel

Cost: 

• Early Bird Conference Rate (January 12 through June 8, 2026) - $599
• Standard Conference Rate (June 1 through July 16, 2026) - $650
• Day 3 Conference Only Rate (includes: Coffee Service, Keynote Address, Brunch Service, and a two-hour Innovation Lab session - $125

Audience: District and site leaders, MTSS teams, classroom educators, school counselors, instructional coaches, county office staff, and community-based partners
